Responsibilities:
Provide adhesive and tape solutions for customers according to their product designs and assist in prototype and process development.
Solve problems for customers during mass production and professionally handle quality complaints related to adhesives and tapes.
Transform the voices of customers and the market into technical requirements and provide ideas for new product development. Conduct field tests on new products and provide reliable feedback for further improvement.
Provide product and technical training for customers and sales colleagues.
Work closely with relevant colleagues in marketing, manufacturing, etc., and communicate and cooperate with foreign partners (channel distributors, local factories).

Requirements:
College degree or above, major in organic chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering, physical chemistry or other related majors.
Have more than 2 years of R & D, technical service or manufacturing experience in the chemical industry, materials, electronic assembly, integrated circuits and other industries.
Keen observation, the habit of in-depth thinking, and good practical ability.
Good communication skills, well-organized, and good time management.
Good team spirit, willing to share, and strong learning ability.

Working mode:
Full-time (partial remote assistance is possible at some times) or part-time (ensuring at least 20 working hours per week).

Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting sales contracts, printing statements, sorting out invoices, delivery notes and other bills.
Warn about accounts receivable or overdue accounts and customer payment terms, remind customers of the due date of accounts by phone and keep records.
Be responsible for arranging the dispatch of goods and samples and following up.
Be responsible for answering customer emails and phone calls and answering customer inquiries.
Be responsible for the daily content operation of the company's social media accounts in both Chinese and English.

Requirements:
College degree or above, with strong communication and expression skills, analysis ability, and good business English communication skills to handle business exchanges at overseas exhibitions.
Clear-headed, quick-thinking, enthusiastic towards people, good at communication, and have a good sense of service.
Work patiently and meticulously and be sensitive to data.
Familiar with office application software. Proficiency in design tools such as AI and Photoshop is a plus.
